ORDER 

1. OEM (Original Equipment Manufactures ) orders: everyday we ship out lots of sample packages to many of our customers, so samples are not free, please understand, however, we will pay sample fee back when you place a formal OEM order. 

2. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) orders:  We have a professional designer and technician team to develop products according to customers demand.

PAYMENT 

1.T/T: Deposit 30% advance and the balance would be paid before shipment 

2.L/C at sight 3.Western Union

DELIVERY TIME 

Sample lead time: 5-7 business days 

OEM Products lead time: 25-35 business days

R: Sure, of course, OEM printing logo is welcomed based on MOQ.

Please show Brand Licensing and provide original logo file.

Q2. What’s the MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo?

R: The MOQ will be decided by your customized packaging. As usually, it needs 1K pcs.

Q3: Can I make sample based on my demand?

R: Certainly, we have professional engineer to make a proof before order OEM mass product.

Q4: is there stock goods? What’s the MOQ?

R: Yes, we have approx 1,000 square meters as warehouse stock to ensure timely supply. The MOQ is 1 carton.

Q5: How can I pay for order?

R:We accept Bank Transfer, Western Union or Escrow for payment.

30% deposit is allowed for mass production.
