1) working principle

The machine uses vertical, vibration, and extrusion principle to make dry hard concrete, cement soil material molding. The vertical vibration is convenient for increasing motility, helpful for Channel air emissions, extrusion casting technology makes component high density, good anti-freeze and seepage control performance.

Besides, the machine use parallel bars type balance guidance device to make the pressure head in a state of balance operation. Pressure head always keeps a horizontal position, smooth surface.
