Automatic Capsule Shrink Heat Machine with capsule feeder
This machine is specially designed for those bottle mouths to be sealed with PVC film/sleeve to cover the cork such as red wine,and it could connect with other equipments to be the automatic production line.The features are as below:
1.The rubber cap is heated evenly,and no wrinkles after shrinking.2.Automatic bottle feed-in,simple operation.
3.There is protective device in the bottle turnplate,and it automatically stops if any bottle gets stuck.
Fully automatic shrink machine:
We can make the shrink machine with automatic PVC cap feeder, which save much labor.
The high quality bottle feeding in Screw make bottle move into the machine smoothly and stablely.
The PVC capsule feeder can automatically transfer wine PVC cap to bottle mouth.
The round shrink head head can heat evenly and avoid wrinkles after shrinking.
Application:
The shrinker is suitable for pvc capsule.
We also have another shrinker and grinder which is suitable for PVC capsule and foil capsule.

Or if we get the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us,we can tell you our customers'contact information,you can go to visit their factory.

We will send technicians overseas,commissions and operator training.Our warranty period is 12 months,in this period,we provide free parts for buyer as well as the necessary technical support.Out of warranty period,we offer free technical support and the cost of spare parts.
