Wood crusher(also named wood chipper/cutting machine) is an ideal machine, which for preparing with producing wood powder. The machine can process timber, branch and other raw materials into wood chips, with less investment and low energy consumption, high efficient, yield good economic returns  and the advantages of the machine is easy maintenance. 

The equipment can also be used as raw materials ,which for  produce edible mushrooms, shaving board, sawdust board and dense board. Our wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood of 50-250 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, re-crushed and sieved, the wood crusher combines both chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly. The diameter of wood sawdust can reach to 2-5 mm, which is suitable for further drying and briquette. No need to use other wood chippers. 

1,Use the wood crusher to crush wood into sawdust;

2,Use the sawdust dryer to pull the moisture out of sawdust;

3,Use the Sawdust Forming Machine to press sawdust into stick;

4,Use the wood charcoal bake stove to bake the stick into charcoal;

5,Then use the wood crusher again to crush the charcoal into powder;

6,Use the powder molding machine to press the charcoal powder into all kinds of shape(you can custom   many kinds of mould);

7,Use the packing machine to package the shaped charcoal.
