LJZ2-450*3700 Aluminium Profile Double Mitre Saw
INTRODUCTION
LJZ2-450×3700 double head cutting machine is used to process aluminum and plastic profiles. The saw king features pneumatic drive, linear and steady feeding. The movable saw head is dragged by the motor with easy operation. This double head saw has an alloy saw plate with high precision and long service life. It is also well received for sturdy structure and stable cutting capability. The double head cutting machine is also used for PVC profile cutting processing with saw head adjusting to 45° to 90°.
FEATURES
1. It uses imported carbide saw blade that gives accurate processing and high endurance.
2. The double head cutting machine is equipped with high accuracy main spindle, so the saw blade rotates smoothly.
3. Due to air-hydraulic damping cylinder, Parker double head saw achieves uniform speed feeding and smooth motion.
4. The safety device is designed specially. When power is cut off suddenly, the safety of operators can be assured.
5. LJZ2-450×3700 double head cutting machine can cut off the required length at one time processing.
6. This double head saw also features wide cutting range and high productive efficiency. It is suitable for mass, continuous and multiple productions.
