Description:
The full automatic petroleum jelly filling machine is specially made for liquid with PM and paste such as paste,honey, jam, gel, butter, cream, etc. The machine adopts piston pump for filling, PLC program system control, by adjusting on the HMI touch creen, it can fill various bottles in one filling machine, with quick speed and high precision.
The material storage hopper can heat material and keep warm. Also can be connected with CIP system for cleaning conveniently.
The filling nozzles quantity can be customized for capacity requirement. Equipped with drip proof device, no leakeage and high precision.
The machine is designed according to GMP requirements, the material contacting part will be made of stainless steel under the international of SUS316L or SUS304.
The machine can feed bottles, fill (can keep warm, heat up and stir), cooling the material, supply cap and screw capping and labeling automatically.
Full-auto touch screen
The machine adopts full-auto PLC control system and human-computer touch screen, can adjust the filling volume and speed very conveniently. For different capacity, we set different procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3 and so on. Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily. The Software can be customized for your language.
