Full Automatic carbonated beverage mixer/production machine is used for producing all carbonated beverages (water, syrup, and CO2 mixing), for example lemon, coca cola, fruits juice and so on. It is the main equipment in whole beverage production line. (Especially for middle and higher standard beverage production).

2   Products Structure and Working Procedure

(1). CO2 tank, syrup tank, liquid level device, static mixing device, tank, electrical controlling system, air providing tank, and necessary producing pipe and cleaning pipe including ball valve, magnetism valve, check valve are composed this machine. (See photo 1: main structure)

a. Cooling water→multi-grade pump→oxygenating CO2→volume control

b. Cooling syrup→multi-grade pump→syrup tank→volume control
