New Design Galvanized Wire Straighten and Cut Machine
Brief instruction for galvanized wire straighten and cut machine
This machine is design for special steel wire, such as galvanized wire, copper wire and etc,
different model machines could deal with different size steel coil/wire, such as HY 1-2.5, it could deal with diameter 1-2.5mm steel wire, max cutting length is 1000mm; Model HY2.5-6, it could deal with diameter 2.5-6mm steel wire, max cutting length is 2000mm; Model HY5-1, it could deal with diameter 5-10mm steel wire, max cutting length is 3000mm. If customer more longer cutting length, we need remake machine as request.

Structure for galvanized wire straighten and cut machine
This machine main structure is machine’s body frame, straighten and cut part, straighten axis (chief axis), wire rod stand, steel coil pay-off and etc, one machine have two motors.
Straighten and cut part
Straighten parts is consist by straighten axis, straighten block, and two bearing base. It could straightening steel wire by straighten axis high speed rotating.
Input steel wire part
It consists by two input roller, through triangular belt, and etc. Friction between wire and roller
to moving steel wire forward motion.
Cutting part
It consists of cutter, it will cutting wire rod when steel wire reach request cutting length.
Final bar of galvanized wire straighten and cut machine
This machine could deal with general steel wire, it also could deal with copper wire and
galvanized wire after special change, no scratch on the wire's surface with high quality, there are some pictures for our customer's galvanized wire samples.
Make sure following items before installing the galvanized wire straighten and cut machine
1.Check whether components are complete and positions are correct.
2.Reserve broad site for raw material stock and transporting finished products.
3.If the machine is close to wall or other structures, reserve enough space for equipment
maintenance and site maintenance during installation of machine (generally about 1m).
