Installation

1.Preparation before operating

2.After installing the machine, check whether lubricant has been filled in, bolts have been tightened, and handles are operable.

3.Check large pulley whether it is loose or blocked ,repair it if necessary.

4.Adjust the tightness of the belt ,switch on the motor and check its rotation direction.

5.Loosen the lock nut and tighten the screw to its end, then loose it for3-4circles and then tighten it again for half circle to assure the gap of the residue cake outlet.

maintenance

1,Every work 50 hours later check the lubrication situation, reducer oil cup above shall not be short of oil, squeezer shaft adjustment screw bearings should be adjusted screw hole in each class loaded with butter, dry grinding is forbidden.

2. The lubrication parts should prevent dust and other impurities from invading, reducer motor oil quality shall be checked once a year, found that bad, all the oil should be changed.

3. When press amount is reduced, the bread or the oil is not normal, should take out squeezer shaft, check squeezer, pressing bar, wear and tear on the circle in cake, wearing parts to change in time.

4. Each class after work, you should remove the residual in machine cake, the surface dust, oil dirties clean machine.

5. Production season after long-term storage, should be a service, and will be squeezer, pressing bar, a cake circle to unpick and wash oil, put in dry place.
