Q1: What information or document should buyer provide to send your proposal ? 

A1: Capacity (water production) per hour such as 500/1000/2000 Ltr/H etc.

A2: Source of water such as municipal tap water , well water or other sources

A3: Treated water quality reqirement or standard such as drinking water , irrigation or other usage.

Q2 : What quality certificate do you have ?

A: CE, ISO9001 management 

Q3: Can you put our company logo on your machine ?

A: Yes sure just send us your logo image.

Q4: Do you provide USER MANUAL in English?

A: Yes we provide.

 Q5: What is your terms of payment ?

 A: 30% deposit , 70% before delivery
