Our charcoal coal rods extruder, which also called briquettes extruding machine use the application of the principle of the spiral extrusion , which make it become a certain intensity round or hexagon, triangle, ect charcoal/coal rods by working for the powered coal/charcoal mixed with binder. With our self researched formula, the briquette is smokeless, high density and easy to be ignited. Working principle of coal rods extruder without binder:

Our charcoal briquette shaping machine feed the ratio and retting coal powder mixture into a nitrogentreated barrel by the extrusion of principle , which will compress into section for round, hexagon form or other shape.The final coal/charcoal rods have a certain mechanical strength by formed in this equipments.

A: In your first inquiry, please offer us information about your raw materials, its size, moisture, and the shape of final briquettes you required, also tell the output per hour you required

Q: What is the binder in process?

A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.

Q: After ordered a briquette machine, how do we slove the equipment installing?

A: For a small single briquette machine, we offer you user manual, customer will install and commissioning as operating introduction; For a complete briquette machine production line, we will send our engineer to your workplace to help you install and commissioning untill machines work normally.

Q: What’s the delivery time after I pay the deposit?

A: We will clear delivery time in slaes contract, Single briquette machine often deliveried within 10-15 working days after receipt of the pre-payment. Complete production line will delivery within 25-40 working days after receipt of the pre-payment.

Q: How long of your machine quality guarantee terms ?
