how to group the motorcycle jeans is a  very complex topic , too many element need to considerated , what is the  material ? lined or none- lined? safty standard ?

After OEM denim motorcycle garment for the globe brands so many years, we understand motorcycle garment very well now, and our Royal Wolf 's target is to make the saftest motorcycle garment in the world,we  make,study,test a lot, and at the same time,we plan to exlain this topic well to help our customer understand the motorcycle  jeans better.we group the motorcycle as common use denim(lined,none-lined), UHMWPE-Denim(lined-none-lined), para-aramid -denim weave,selvedge denim - para-aramid lined. details as below 



1.Common use denim(lined,none-lined)

Common denim?? do not too sensitive to common,  it is not means common quality, it means  use the casual denim(counter to the special denim we developed special for motorcyle garment) as main material to build your motorcycle jeans.  common use denim motorcycle jeans also divided  as lined with  para-aramid and none para-aramid lined, lined with para-aramid is safe but more expensive.

Yes, the black color lined material is para-aramid, you did not see wrong,  the original color of para-aramid is yellow as like  Rw01-P170610001,but some customers do not like the yellow color so we dye it black for them, of course other color is awailable if you like .



Special denim for motorcycle garment

2.UHMWPE-Denim weaved motorcyle jeans 

This is one type  denim we developed special for motorcycle garment ,  we use UHMWPE material to weave with cotton to make the  jeans fashion denim jeans look but cut proof,abrasion proof, the higher ratio of UHMWPE, the safer it is, but also harder it  will be , the feature of the UHMWPE-Denim weaved is it has a shinning and smooth white bottom.Though this kind of material is safe enough, no need to lined with para-aramid, but still have some brands do not mind the cost,want a top safe and top soft motorcycle jeans, so the option is to use low to middle  ratio UHMWPE  denim  to lined with para-aramid, so this kind jeans still can be grouped as lined and none- lined,details as blow



None lined UHMWPE-Denim

UHMWPE denim,66% uhmwpe ,34% cotton,14 OZ,indigo,cut proof,abrasion resistant,tear resistant,soft,breathable,washed 









lined UHMWPE-Denim

Special denim for motorcycle with protector amour is safe enough for you ? yes, it is, but some brands think they can not overthink for their customer's safe, so they still lined the special UHMWPE-Denim.

3.Para-aramid -denim weave

UHMWPE is not the only super material for motorcycle garment ,Para-aramid even more famous,  it is a special fabric weave para-aramid with cotton,cut proof,abrasion resistant,tear resistant,soft,breathable, fashion denim jeans look, an example as below

4.Selvedge denim - para-aramid lined


If you say UHMWPE-Denim weaved and Para-aramid -denim weave  is the only special denim for motorcycle garment, some brands will be  see you withcontempt, yes, other awesome ideas  are welcomed by the top brands like Selvedge Denim - para-aramid lined

5.Full lined or half lined?

when relate to motorcycle jeans group way, yes, full lined and half lined  should be considerated

6.Protector or no protector  arguement

Motorcycle jeans should have hip and knee protector of course,  special denim material and  lined para-aramid can protect you from fire,abrasion,cut,even water proof for other  material , but for the compact , they we in vain , so  our opiion is protector as below is  must , what is your opinion ??





7.Scotchlight printing or not

if you want  to keep your customer safe, too many things you need to care ahout ,  except from the material,linning , protector, scotchlight printing is another thing  you should pay attention to . when at night , the motorcycle rider are easy to be  hit if he can not be seen by other drivers, just a simple Scotchlight printing will save his life. an example  of motorcycle jeans with Scotchlight printing as below
