2. By Air 
This way is some cheaper than express and it is fast, but it is better for items to be over 300KG and not to be very large. The customs charge is little high.
3. By Sea 
The freight for this way is cheapest, but it is only good for large quantity orders(with big volume and weight) and it takes long time.

     A: You are welcome to ask us for free crystal samples before placing an order. But the express freight shall           be paid by your side.

    A: We are trading company with own factory, which has experience for manufacturing crystals for more than         8 years. 

 

3. Q:  How can I order your products?
    A: 1) You send us the purchase order (model number, quantity, shipping address).
        2) We make a proforma invoice for the order.
        3) You pay 30% deposit or full amount and send us the bank slip.
        4) We start production when receiving the payment.
        5) We inform you when the order is about to be finished and show you some product photos.
        6) You pay all balance and send us the bank slip.
        7) We deliver the goods to you and send you tracking number/ Airway Bill/ Bill of Lading depending on                 shipping method.

5. Q: What is your claims and returns policy?

    A:  * Normally, we send samples for your confirmation before you place an order. If there is some defective            products unsatisfied, for any reason, please contact us within 6 days on your receipt of the order. You can return them or ask us to replace them. 

         * We will refund your full winning bid amount upon receipt of the items in its original condition and package with all components and accessories included. Or we can cut price/replace new items for you in next new order.
