Rubber powder recycling line is the final step in Shredwell rubber powder production process. At this stage, rubber crumb from crumb rubber plant are processed into around rubber powder, the powder size can be as fine as 120 mesh adjusted by centrifugal screen.

Rubber powder from rubber powder recycling line has numerous uses – like rubber powder mixed with asphalt to be modified asphalt widely used in highway application or water-proof industry, or to make reclaiming rubber, or as raw material used as injection molding products, coatings, roofing materials. This micron-size material has the advantage of being incorporated into new or existing formulations for various polymers and finished products.

Rubber powder recycling line output contains steel, fiber and clean rubber powder. Processors are able to sell to buyers or continue processing for additional material outputs.

1. Tire Shredder:
Shredwell Tire shredder from tire recycling line are typical primary shredding equipment, the low speed, high torque operation sharply reduce the noise, as well as the power consumption, enable them run in high throughput rates. The shredder in tire recycling line blades are made of best forged steel which is heat-treated by Bodycote according to EN standard, machined in CNC center to ensure optimal shredding performance. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 20mm-200mm depending on type of material, output, final product.The Shredder can process OTR tires, big truck tires,passenger car tires at a rate of up to 40t in one hour. The output is 50-100MM.

2. Rasper
Shredwell's Rasper machine is the ultimate machine in tire recycling plant for medium grinding and steel separation. It is main function is to process pre-shredded tire chips and produce 12-25mm (0.5''-1'') wire free rubber chips. One of the greatest features the rasper has is the unique blades, by using the top grade tooling steel, keeping the hardness in a reasonable range (heated-treated strictly to the standard requirements), highly enhanced it's performance, and make their service life much longer, and the clients are able to decrease the maintenance cost by changing the assembling direction of the blades if one side of the blades are worn.

3.Rubber Granulator
Shredwell's rubber granulators, the best equipment in rubber powder recycling line for fine size grinding and nylon removal. It's able to shred the 12-25mm wire free mulch to 1-6mm rubber granules, the nylon will be separated by granulator and removed by zig zag classifier. During the granulation process, 99.9% of fiber will be removed, leaving clean fine crumb rubber for further processing. The granulator's blades are made of top special steel; heat-treated by Bodycote, enable an excellent cutting performance. 

4. Rubber Pulverizer
Shredwell's Rubber Pulverizer in rubber powder recycling line is designed to grind 1-6mm granules to 30-120 mesh fine rubber powder. It features with convenient operation, high speed grinding tray, works in a continuous way, makes uniform powder and the final size is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen.
