10L,20L,30L,50L,100L,150L,200L are optional for Explosion proof .

Jacketed Glass reactors permit heat exchange for better dissolving and crystallization.

It can be used in the experiment, middle-scale test, and production of chemistry, fine chemical engineering, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials. The products can be made into system devices with multi-purpose circulating water vacuum pump,circulating oil bath ,low temperature cooling liquid circulating pump and closed cooling and heating circulating equipment.

1. GG3.3 borosilicate glass, good chemical and physical properties.

2. AC induction motor, Digital display of mixing speed, frequency conversion, and           constant speed mixing system,  brushless, no spark, safe and stable.

3. Rugged steel-reinforced PTFE stirrer with anchor agitator which is suitable for  a wide range of material viscosity.

4. PTFE  discharge valve can discharge materials thoroughly and quickly.

5. Can work under pressure and vacuum conditions, under vacuum of about                  0.098MPa up to the stationary state.

6. Ex-proof motor is optional for 10L,20L,30L,50L,100L,150L,200L

7. The whole structure is novelty, practical and beautiful.

How to work 

1.Through Interlayer of double lined glass reactor, Inject material or Liquid with thermally dissolved or cooling into Glass reaction vessel.

2. Connect External Heating or cooling Equipment with Double Lined glass reactor  

3. Stir material or liquid at constant speed heated by Agitator . 

4. It can stir and react under the natural pressure or negative pressure in the sealed     reactor 

5. The material can be emptied from the outlet valve at the bottom of the reactor after reacting. It is easy to operate. 

6. The reactor is the ideal instrument for experiment of modern chemistry, biochemical, pharmacy and the advanced synthetic.
