Product Description
This granule line is specialized for TPR granulizing and working with same specification kneader to effect plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. The finished products are widely used as TPR shoe material and in other industries. It utilizes water cooling or air cooling technique to make reasonable design on the production structure to offer stable temperature environment of mixing, plasticizing and extruding for TPR resin and assistant agents.
The whole production line:
Kneader – Bucket Conveyor – Extruder Mainframe – Water Circulation Cutting System – Speedy Spin-Dryer – Cooling Conveyer – Mixing Machine – Finished Products(Water Cooling)
