Q1: Are you Manufacturer or trading company?
A:  We are Manufacturer which have over 30 year experiences at this filed. You are welcome to visit our factory.

Q2: Do you have stocks for all the products?
A:  We have stocks for most of the regular items. But we can't keep stocks for all the items. Please feel free to contact with us by email if you have any question.

Q3: Can I have a sample order?
A:  Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q4: How long will I expect to receive the sample?

A: We can send samples by Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), normally it will take 7-14 days.
 

Q5: Can we also offer OEM/ODM service?

A: Yes, OEM/ODM orders are acceptable. But we suggest you to order with "WEDO" brand, the delivery time will be more fast than OEM/ODM order. 

Q6: Do you have MOQ limit?
A: No MOQ limit for "WEDO" brand. If you need OEM/ODM please contact with us.

Q7: How long is the delivery time for bulk order?
A: Depending on the order quantity, normally the delivery time will be 10-15 days.

Q8: How will you delivery my order? What is the shipping cost?

A: Normally for the order quantity less than 30 kgs, we send by Express; from 30-200kgs by Air. By sea freight is also available. The shipping cost depended by the order quantity, please contact with us to get best price.
