Semi Auto Plastic Bottle Screw Capping Machine For Shampoo

Application

This machine is a semi-auto cap screwing machine that can be put on a desk. It is widely used for bottles with pump, duck-billed cap or round cap, screw cap etc.

Advantage

1. Beautiful appearance and compact structure, take up a little space and easy for moving.

2. Can screw caps of different sizes and bottles of different height, no need to change mould.

3. Can screw different caps including the pump caps as shown in above picture.

Working mode

1. When the machine is set on manual condition, someone steps on the pedal for 1 time, the machine will work for 1 time.

2. When the machine is set on automatic condition, it will not be controlled by the pedal, will automatically work in the set screwing time and interval.

Note:

uScrewing time: different time for different types of bottle cap.

uInterval time: for worker to switch bottles.

The electric control box: start button; auto counting display; cap screw tortion adjusting

The screwing friction wheels: one set (4 pieces) on the mahine, another set in the spare parts bag.

          

Spare Parts: Foot pedal switch, 4 pieces of the screwing wheels, tools for adjusting, English manual, etc.

The Packing: Wrapped with PE film and then packed in the plywood case.
