    The new Hanks Mercerizing machine MERCE-10SPC is born with the main purpose to furnish an instrument able to obtain a high quality mercerized yarn/thread for the market of high valuable cotton yarn.
    All tests effected on the different kind of yarns have shown that to obtain a good mercerized yarn it is not sufficient to know the "right" recipe/process, but it is most important keep under control all the process parameters and especially to guarantee the repeatability between a cycle and the next one.(means make colour very even.)
    This is the advantage point of MERCE-10SPC, this machine has been projected with an essential electronic control system to permit the setting out of work's cycles (recipes) in flexible and fast way controlling in real time all the process parameters. It is equipped with simple but strong mechanics able to carry the heavy tensioner stress (up to 80 Tons) and the heavy pressing stress (up to 30 kg/cm) of the hanks under process.
    MERCE-10SPC includes all advantages of three company's (Nishinakajima, Jaeggli, Rite) products, and try to avoid complicated maintenance. in a word: High quality end products, Easy operation, Easy Maintenance.
