Amalgamator/Mixer

 TSingle shaft two blade type paddle,driven by the motor through the gear box and rotates continuously to mix soap noodles, flakes and liquid or solid addtives.

Two "Sigma" mixing blades are cpimter rotatomg and different speedsto help to fully mix the materials.

Z2 and Z3.  Three Roll Mill

Horizontal 3 Roll Mill.

The 3 rolls are horizontally mounted, rotating at different speeds.

Diagnal 3 Roll Mill.

The 3 rolls are mounted diagnally, cooling effect is enhanced by more soap contact area with the rolls compared with horizontal type

2, Set up the global sales and after-sales network, serving more than 700 customers in more than 50 countries, including of P&G, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Wilmar, Colgate, NICE, EVYAP, WINGS, GIV, NUVO, etc.

1) Before installation, the seller will provide the layout drawing, and information of total line power, individual machine power, power connections, water & air input and output position, total water consumption. 

2) After the machines arrival in buyer site and put into position, the buyer must connect the water, electricity, air and vacuum gas with the machines, then the seller shall send 3~4 technicians to help start-up the line for production, on-line training and production supervision. The buyer shall pay below service ratings, as well as round-trip transportation from our factory to buyer's factory, the visa application fee, food, transportation and accommodation.
