1.Punching unit: 

1)united six-mold turnplate in tooth shape to make sure the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the center.

2)the turnplate in tooth shape to make sure a good view and high strengh.

3)three location modes:locating pin,locating ruler and light.

4)no pressing mark on the workpiece surface.

5)can punch non-standard hole.

6)2 limit switches(foot switch and press button).

2.Cutting unit:

1)sharp shearing,no droop,no burrs,no waste.

2)2 pressure type to make sure no apex angle.

3)2 limit switches(foot switch and press button).

3.Bending unit:

The bending unit can make horizontal bending,vertical bending U-bending and embossing.

You only need to input the thickness and the angle on the CNC tuncing screen,you can get the busbar shape you want to process.

Bending dies:

1)vertical bending dies(2 sets ,4 pieces).

2)horizontal bending dies(2 sets,3 pieces).

3)U bending bending die(1 set).

4)embossing dies(1 set).
