YK-160s Customized Oscillating Granulator

Main Application:
This equipment is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry, it is a popular granulating machine used for forming the granule sizes from moist powder material, or for crushing dried block stock into granules in required size.

Working Principle:
The principle of an oscillating granulator is to mechanically pass compacted material through a wire mesh screen or plate using an oscillating rotor. The rotor speed and rotation time are variable in the clockwise or counterclockwise directions. Particle size is controlled through mill-screen size, rotor speed, and the rotor's rotation angle.

Optional Model:
1.Sealed type:With gas-tight structure at both ends of granulation shaft, it effectively prevent the material into the sealing cover.

2.No rack type:A unique reducer owned byJunzhuo, made the whole machine enclosed .The gearbox has no rack bar and skateboard. There is no sliding friction and the transmission efficiency is much higher. Such a clean healthy environment can meet GMP standard.

3.Explosion-proof: all models can be customized to meet explosion-proof production environment.

4.Large power: Upgrade the transmission gear box and motor, it is suitable for powder products and high proportion materials.
