How to control the quality ?
1.\tIQC(incoming quality control) ,we have our own lab to test the battery capacity,high and low Temperature,waterproof case test ,current ,Voltage and so on →2.manager produce one golder sample →start to produce as the golder sample→3.IPQC(input process quality control) , we will test the HDMI ,wifi ,AV,USB charger ,TF card function→4.FQC (Final Quality Control), first we will aged 8-12hours ,then we test with the TF card one by one →5.OQC(Outgoing Quality Control ) ,QC will do final inspection depend on your OEM requirement ,make sure all OEM details is correct ,such as the sticker ,package ,user manual and software .
