4. Working principle of equipment

The main component of this equipment is a spiral slag outlet direction along the bottom diameter increase gradually and the pitch decreases, when the material is the spiral propulsion, because the spiral cavity volume reduction, squeeze the material.

5. Installation operation and maintenance

1. The machine much be installed horizontal,fixed with anchor bolts

2. When start the machine,should adjust the indenter to make the cyclic annular interval to max,then reduced.When up to the requirements,fixed the bearing seat position with the brake.

3. The feeding material must be uniform, hard foreign matter is strictly forbidden to enter the hopper, so as not to damage the mesh

4. After work,must wash the screen mesh with the water ans brush.,and according the production condition,add one time to clean the mesh.After extractor,should clean all the machine with hot water.
