2. Filling by vibration:  By the vibration, the material is moving evenly in the channels, and with the patent-owned turning plate structure, the separation and filling process is even and steady , protecting well the material. 

3. Effective anti-dust : Adopting the anti-dust photoelectric sensing technology  

  developed by ourselves, the machine also can work stably under the high dust circumstance.

4. Precise counting : Counting with automatic photoelectric sensor , the error of bottling is less than national standard.

5. Special structure of the discharge spout can prevent drug blocking.  Even small spout bottle can be filled fast (optional)

6. High intelligence : It has various intelligent alarm functions such as no counting without bottle, automatic fault checking and so on.

7. Easy operation : Adopting intellectualized design, all kinds of operation parameters can be

  set according to the requirement .  It can store 10 groups of set parameters for use.

8. Convenient maintenance :After simple training, the worker can operate easily.  It is easy to disassemble and clean the machine, and change the components without any tools.

9. Hermetic and dust proof :Dust collection box is available which can reduce the dust pollution. (Optional)

1. How does the machine fit our voltage?

For each equipment, our salesman will confirm the voltage with the customer.

2. How can I buy the machine

Firstly, our salesman will discuss with you all the details of the machine, the lead time and the payment condition.

Secondly, after receiving the 30% down payment, the production will begin.

Finally, we’ll show you the photos and the test video of the finished machine. You pay the balance and the equipment will be shipped as scheduled, or by our forwarder or by your familiar forwarder.

3. How long is your machine’s warranty?

1 year after the delivery. During the one year, we can offer the broken parts free of charge, if the problem isn’t caused by wrong operation.

4. What can you provide for after-sale service?

We can send the engineer to the customer’s factory for the installation and operation training if the customer requires. We can also supply the installation and operation instruction by video.

5. If we have very special request on the production line, could you help me to do the design?

Customized design is provided.
