Q: Are you a factory?
A: We are a professional factory specialize in neoprene watersports items, such as wetsuits, swim vests, neoprene beach & pool toys, neoprene beach bag, neoprene backpack, neoprene lunch bag, neoprene supports, neoprene gloves, etc.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Our normal MOQ is 1000 pieces (sets) per item for customized design. We also have items in stock, there is no MOQ.
Q: Can I put my logo on the items?
A: Sure, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered... just need the vector logo file.
Q: Do you have a designer?
A: Yes, our design team can make the design according to your idea.
Q: What's your sample policy?
A: For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 3-10 days.
Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Normally, 35-50 days after receiving the deposit and all the details confirmed.
Q: How do you control your products' quality?
A: We have a QA & QC department, and all the products will be 100% checked before packing. You can also send your QC team or ask a 3rd party to inspect the products before shipping.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T with 30% deposit, and the balance against the copy of BL; L/C at sight; Alibaba Trade Assurance.
