The Bailing three cylinder clay rotary dryer has a compact structure and reasonable layout, and improves the heat exchange rate between materials and heat. The material entering the dryer is preferably a non-stick wall and a lifting plate. The temperature of the gas entering the heat exchange in the dryer should not be higher than 750 °C. If there is special requirement for high temperature drying, the inner tube inlet of the dryer and the lifting plate can be made of heat-resistant steel.
⌈ Feed moisture ⌋:≤50%
⌈ Production capacity ⌋:1.9-115 t/h
⌈ Applicable material ⌋:It is mainly used for drying granular materials in a certain humidity and particle size range such as yellow sand, cement slag, clay, coal gangue, mixture, clay, gypsum and iron powder. According to the requirements of different industries for the final moisture content of the dried materials, the moisture content of the dried materials can reach 1 to 0.5%.
Clay dryer principle:

The clay enters the inner layer of the rotary drum of the three cylinder clay rotary dryer through the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board in the inner layer and spirally conveyed to achieve heat exchange. The material is moved to the inner layer. The other end enters the middle layer and is countercurrently dried. clay is repeatedly raised in the middle layer, and it is a two-step backward travel mode. In the middle layer, clay fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum and absorbs the middle drum. The heat, at the same time, prolongs the drying time, and the clay achieves the best dry state here.
