Main Features
E-Cig liquid, Eye drop filling, plugging &capping machine for the application of round eye drop bottle or similar ones, auto accomplish product filling, plug place, cap place, cap screw-on.
The machine is composed by a load turntable, ceramic piston pump(alternative peristaltic pump) &fill nozzles, plug &cap sorter, Plug &cap placer, cap screw-on system, unload tray.
The bottle loading/unloading is done manually, through loadingturntableØ500mm and unloading tray, or directly from an production line.
It is designed and made accordance to GMP regulation.
This new design e liquid filling machine is the third generation type, with function of all fully automatic bottle sorting, feeding, stoppering, dropper tips and eye droppers placing system, servo control torqueing with feedback protection system for cap sealing, engineered to performmultiple tasks within a compact design. It adopts high quality peristaltic pump or high precision volumetric pump as filling system, PLC and touch screen control system, free adjustment for the filling range from 5ml to 30ml. An optional e-juice labeling machine and cartoning machine and shrink wrapping machine can also be incorporated in the filling line.
