Product Description
Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) series of treatment processes is utilized to maintain water quality in intensive fish farming operations. These steps of Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) are often done in order or sometimes in tandem.
After leaving the vessel holding fish the water is first treated for solids before entering a bio filter to convert ammonia, next degassing and oxygenation occur, often followed by heating/cooling and sterilization. Each of these processes can be completed by using a variety of different methods and equipment, but regardless all must take place to ensure a healthy environment that maximizes fish growth and health.
This design is made for the fattening or stocking fish/shrimp, use our RTM-Technology FRP tank with size Dia.5.4*H1.4m, which quality is very tough (1/3-1/2 thickness but 8-10 times tough ) and economic for loading transport (Max.12 sets in one 40HQ), also the best size for the adult fish that takes the cheapest cost of the tanks, what's more the size is good & easy for operation which radium 2.7m that equal to the length of arm+fishing net, 8 tanks takes total water culture about 200m3, equip a RAS system with capacity of 100m3/hr, the all farm including totally 4 sets and each of them including:

A: 1. We can make as per your request, please provide us artwork in PDF to follow, you only need to pay for the transportation freight and the products sample cost, but once bulk order placed, we will refund you the sample cost.
