TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

MATERIAL: The parts of the machine that touches liquor are AISI 316 L stainless steel, other parts, bottom chassis are all AISI 304 stainless steel material.

SURFACE CLEANING : To be cleaned and neutralized with acid and covered with glass powder.

WORKING HEAT: Max. 105-108˚C

WORKING PRESSURE: 0,5 – 0,8 Bar

COVER GASKET: Special heat-resistant gasket working without air.

HEATING AND COOLING: Resistant to 16 bars pressure, 316 L quality stainless steel tubing manufactured to take the heating and cooling coil.

VALVES\t: All valves are pneumatic controlled. The surfaces that touch the liquor are stainless steel material.

CIRCULATION PUMP\t: Speed control by inverter. Stainless steel constructed. Two way work, left and right. Vertical type, behind the machine.

DYE TANK: Equipped with washing spray fountain. Hydrostatic level controlled. Indirect heated. Discharge valve. Liquor transfer from main tank dye tank below 85˚C. by pneumatic valve. Over 85˚C heat lock system. Mixer with 0,37 Kw. Motor.

INJECTION PUMP: Stainless centrifugal pump with mechanical seal, makes dosage under pressure from dye tank to main tank. 0,37 Kw. Motor

MAIN TANK PRESSURE: There will be air pad system with pressured air. By means of air pad, liquor ratio will be decrease.

MAIN TANK LEVEL: By means of level sensor to the tank bottom and up sensors, the liquor ration will be arranged. There is also a window on the cover to see the liquor movements.

SECURITY VALVE: 316 L stainless steel security valve, tested to 1 Bar pressure.

WATER INLET\t: Pneumatic valve, water pressure 0,5 – 0,8 Bar.

DISCHARGE\t: Pneumatic valve.

HEATING AND COOLING VALVES: 4 pcs on – off type pneumatic steam valves.

STEAM PRESSURE\t: 6 – 8 Bars

ELECTRIC PANEL\t: stainless steel material made.

PANEL CONTENTS\t\t: Electronic programmer with Cedit software.
