5.When should workwear to be retired?
Garments should be retired while they have holes or tears on thier surfaces that cannot be repaired, or while the fabric has thinned or become "thread bare". In addition, when the garments contaminated or cannot be adequately decontaminated should be removed from service.

Care & Maintenance
*Wearing garments properly- collars closed, sleeves and cuffs down and secured, shirt tails tucked, closures secured, and other manufacturer recommendated productions.
*Wearing looser-fitting garments can provide adequate mobility.
*Do not wear non-fire resistant clothings over the fire resistant garments.
*Washing garments carefully after each wearing in order to get rid of all contaminants.
*Do not put on the fire resistant garments in proximity of flammable gasses, vapors, dusts or in other potentially explosive environments.
* Consult employer if unsure.
