Car Reflector vacuum coating equipment is special for car lamp to get a chrome, aluminum and SiO protective coating. 
The machine we produce includes horizontal and vertical structure according to chamber type.

This equipment is a batch vacuum coating equipment which adopts vacuum coating method, to coat aluminum film and SiOx protective film on the surface of the substrate. It mainly consist the vacuum chamber, vacuum pumping system, rotation system, Al evaporation source, pneumatic system, and electric control system etc. It’s a mature technology with simple operation, fast deposition, high efficiency. It can also coat complicated shape substrate.

Lamps, decorative material, automotive reflector plate etc.

 
Working Principle: ·

The whole process like vacuum pumping, plasma cleaning, Al film and the SiOx protective film coating, deflating etc. is all running fully automaticly. ·Two doors (optional) with 6-axis (also 8 axis optional) rotation &revolution jig and evaporation motor. When handle the workpiece in one door. It can upload and unload the workpiece and install AL materials in another door at the same time. So the production performance is very excellent.   ·The aluminum deposition adopts resistance heating evaporation source, complex three-dimensional structure can also be uniform deposited. 

The main functions of this machine are high-voltage ion bombardment and finishing aluminum coating and protection coating (SiO) in the chamber at one time.

Super-hard coating enhances resistance of aluminum coating and maintains the aluminum film's long-term high reflectivity.

The reflective coating for headlights has reached the national test standard.The coating has passed by acid test,salt test and alkali-resisting test etc.

The machine is using computer control,monitor operation and process monitoring, which have improved production efficiency,ensured the stability and consistency of product quality,reduced the impact of human factors.
