1, Express door-to -door : we can choose TNT,DHL,UPS and FedEx, it takes 3-7days

2,Air delivery : we can send to the norminated air port, It takes 5-7 days

3,Sea delivery : we can deliver to the norminated sea port by LCL or FCL. It takes 10-45days, based on the destination port

Q1. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in Pallets or Cartons. 

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages 
before you pay the balance.

Q3. Can you do the design for us? 
A: Yes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples . Any Size Can Be Customized.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample depended on your product size, but the customers have to pay  
the courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
