Dear customer, every piece of watch has the material and labor cost, so we charge for it.

If you are satisfied with the sample and plan to order in bulk, we can return the sample fee to you in your second order. 

3.What shipping method do you offer?

Our first option is DHL, it's the most saftest and fastest shipping method, but the freight is paid by buyers. You can receive goods within 3- 7days.

If you want free shipping, there are several options !

4PX Singapore Post :30~60 days to every country.

E-Packet:15-35 days, only apply to the United States, Canada, Australia,Russia.

4.What is your lead time?

For our existing stock goods, we will ship goods within 2 working days after payment.

For your customized goods, it usually can be finished in 3-14 days.

5.What is your MOQ? Can I place order if less than MOQ?

 For a wholesaler order, MOQ is 50pcs. If you order less than 50pcs, we offer retail price, it's a little bit higher than the wholesale price.
