 Q : Does free sample be provide for market testing?
A: Yes, most free samples are offered directly,  the freight cost need pay by your side. If you want the sample with your requirment, such as ingredient. packaging, you need pay the mold fee, we will refund it to you when you make order.

Q: Do you have makeup products in stock? Do you retail your products? 
Yes, we have different type of makeup in stock. We retail our products if in stock .

Q: Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional development team. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell us your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 5-7 days, the sample fee are free.

Q: How do you ship the goods?
We arrange the shipment as customers' requested. For large quantity order, we advise to ship by sea, and for small quantity order, we advise to ship by courier company like DHL or UPS.

Q: What about the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the order quantity and the way of shipping. You can confirm everything with our sales representative when you want to order. You can also arrange the shipment by yourself.

Q: What is delivery time for goods?
For goods have stock in about 5-10 days. For goods need to produce about 40-50 days according to order qty .
