3, Introduction to CNC Ring Seam Welding Machine
KLTHFH CNC ring seam automatic welding machine is a kind of automatic welding equipment for ring seam. It can be equipped with a TIG welding power source (filled or unfilled), CO2/MAG/MIG welding power supply, plasma welding power supply, etc.
The machine is mainly composed of a machine bed, a rotating spindle box, a beam, a pneumatic tailstock, a welding torch pneumatic lifting mechanism, a welding gun adjusting mechanism and a CNC automatic welding controller. Other optional devices include welding gun swinging device, TIG arc voltage heightening device (TIG arc length tracking), multi-layer multi-channel welding device, and contact welding seam tracking device.
The machine adopts a combined structure, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly. Therefore, the machine can be used for automatic welding of all kinds of ring welds with a suitable welding power source.
This equipment is mainly used for high quality circumferential seam welding of workpieces of different materials, sizes and shapes. Welded joints have different shapes, including butt welds, lap welds, lock bottom welds, etc., similar to workpieces such as gas cylinders, fire hoses, drive shafts, shock absorbers, mufflers, pipe flanges, engineering cylinders, water tanks, fuel tanks. Such as automatic loop seam welding.
