1. QC System: 100% inspection before shipment.

2. Drawing format: CAD / PDF/ DWG/ IGS/ STEP

4. Payment Terms: 30 -50% T/T in advance,70-50% balance before delivery; 

                                     L/C, PayPal or Western Union is acceptable.

After-Sales Service:

1. Contact person: Our technician Mr. Madison is responsible for the after sales support.

2. After sales support procedure is as below:Operator(s) is required to send the documents with pictures and descriptions of the concerns of the machine. Within 24 hours, our technician will make response to the concerns of the machine.

3.We will teach customers how to find the problem and give them process to resolve the problem.

4.If online service can not resolve it, we will send our technician to your side.

5.Online and use remote method are used as the problem solving method, such as Team-viewer.

6.Remote/online support to a customer is free charge.

• What’s the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down?

The guarantee for machine is 12 month. Every time our technician is sent to fix a customer problem. Within 12 month, seller will sent an engineer in condition time for buyer’s request with free fixing fee. After 12 month, we will send an engineer in condition time for buyer’s request .

•  What’s the trade term?

FOB,CFR, CIF.

• What’s the payment terms?

30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery by T/T is prefer.

• Do we have any certificate?

CE certificate.

•  How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.

• Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
