W12 series rolling machine with four rollers adopt upper roller rotary mechanical drive, lower roller and side roller fluctuation hydraulic drive, electric concentrated control operation system. This machine can complete pre-bending and pipe shaped rolling for one material feeding,arc or moderate taper shaped material can be pre-bend on this machine with minmized residual straight margin and high work efficiency,it also can do the work of approximate leveing for metal plate to be processed.The machine equipped with NC System control,improve automation level.It is widely used on petroleum, chemical boiler,shipbilding,metal structure and mechanical manufacturing industry.
