XDEM ZOB Oil Burner/Gas Burner/Dual Fuel Burner 

 Introduction:
This series of burners is a fully automatic large-scale burner with compressed air as the atomizing medium, oil and gas mixed and atomized through the nozzle, and assisted by the fan to make the fuel burn efficiently.

The burner has two series of ZOB (Z) and ZOB (W) to meet various working conditions. Both ZOB (Z) and Z0B (W) series can be used in asphalt mixing plants; ZOB (W) can also be used in various steam and hot water industrial boilers. The same gas system with same power can be added to the equipment to upgrade the equipment to an oil and gas dual fuel burner.

Features:
• The combination of computer and PLC control mode, the expansion performance is good.
• Use Y-type low-pressure medium atomizing spray gun to enhance the fuel atomization effect by compressed air; it can save the compressed air volume.
• Double-converter control of fan and oil pump speed to achieve continuous power regulation;
• Heavy oil circulation for a period of time before ignition can achieve pipeline preheating and stable pressure;
• Integrated burner design for easy movement, installation and maintenance;
• When the flame is turned off, the compressed air is used to blow off the fuel in the oil line and the spray gun, which is beneficial to the next ignition start;
• Double-valve control of fuel pipeline with leak detection function to ensure safety and reliability;
• The system automatically shuts down the alarm when the compressed air is lower than the specified pressure;
• In extreme cases, the fuel valve can be shut off without external power.
• Online oil pressure detection controls combustion output and produces higher combustion efficiency.
• Automatic gas ignition is used to ignite with high pressure sparks.
