Raw material feeding and metering automatic

For the mixtures,we totally have 5 mixers, the first slurry materials mixer and second is the sanding materials mixer.And the rest part is 3 middle layer mixers .Why we equip 3 middle layer mixers ? it is because for the mgo board the main part is middle layer materials when we produce every thick mgo board for example mgo board above 18 mm then if we equip the 3 mixers middle layer mixer. It will be much more easier and high efficiency during the production.The mixers are double shaft so it can keep raw materials mixer very evenly .

Double shaft mixer

Using unique double shaft mixer,ensuring mixing evenly and no blocking.Each mixer has a dust collector,and the material is automatically connected to the mixer to avoid dust.

Automatic forming part

This part is mainly production part, we use sucker to suck the PVC mold on the machine.This part is release agent. After we put release agent on the PVC mold, it will be very easy to separate the PVC mold with the board-mgo board. The first layer is slurry materials after the slurry material there will be two layer mesh, this is middle material and then another 2 layers mesh.You can see,we equiped to several fiber glass mesh rollers.It is because some customers have special requirement on the bending-strength of the mgo board. So we need to put more layers fiber glass mesh in the board.

Automatic cutting machine

Equirement function and characteristics :Exactly cutting the board into designated specification during production flow,no damage to the products and moulds,reducing labor cost and lower working strength .Consists of rack,cutting walking frame,cutting saw,clamping part,open sections,length part,electrical control system ect.

We will design the initial layout and design production line configuration for your project, so you can know the land you need and your investment on machinery .

4.Foundation Drawing

We will design the foundation for you, and provide within 15 days after confirming order. Then you start foundation accordingly.

After the completion of the project, we will continue to provide services to help customers purchase raw materials and accessories. If there is any problem in the production, we will give customers a satisfactory answer within 24 hours. If necessary, we will arrange engineers to help customers solve the problem on site.
