Desiccant Masterbatch
Recycled Polyethylene(PE) or Recycled Polypropylene(PP)often contains some moisture,if not eliminated, the moisture will produce drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the final products while processing, besides quality affected, the moisture even cause impossibility of processing.
Plastic desiccant masterbatch DMB10 is a new type of functional masterbatch developed to eliminate the moisture of recycled PE and recycled PP. With adding a small rate of DMB10,by mixing with material,it can absorb the moisture during production process and save drying process. DMB10 is environment-friendly and can save production time, energy and cost.
Usage
1. Check the condition of inner packing and forbid using if breakage.
2. Adding rate:1%~10%
3. Mixed with the raw material.
4. Do not heat with recycle material

1. How to use masterbatch?
Simple for using, just mix up with the resin granules according to the dosage ratio under appropriate temperature.
2. The difference between the general use and the special purpose masterbatches?
1) Special purpose masterbatch: used as the same material as carrier. For example , ABS products often use master batches based on ABS.
2) General use masterbatch: Use one resin as carrier, but also can be used for coloring other resins.
3. How long the masterbatch could be stored?
If stored under a dry and cool environment, the quality of masterbatches will not change even after a long period store,for the pigments fixed on the carrier resin which stay in a closed state.
4. Does the masterbatch need to be dried before use?
In general it can be used directly except ABS and some expecial masterbatches mentioned, which should be dried according to common method
5. Does the mould have an effect on masterbatches?
If ask for a smooth surface, Good quality mould is needed.
