Introduction:
This RO water treatment machine uses Mechanical filters, Activated carbon filter , water softener or scale inhibitor as a pre-treatment, which can effectively remove suspended solids, sediment particles , organic colloids, organic matter, odor, chlorine and other impurities in raw water, with pre-programmed as a reverse osmosis desalination plant to remove the raw water. Q5. How long can i receive the machine ?
A5. Power supply 220V/50Hz/single phase or 380V/50Hz/three phase (same supply as China ), lead time is around 1-2 weeks according to machine scale and qty (If use different power supply with 60Hz frequency, the 60Hz pumps customization will take around 30-40 days. ).
Shipping : takes around 30-60 days by sea depends on your destination port.

A6. Our machine comes with USER MANUAL (insltation and operation , wiring diagram) in English. We can fill and flush/wash the pre-filter media in advance before shipment , Customer just need to connect IN/OUT/Drain pipes and electricity ! Do system commissing as per our user manual , in case any problem during your operation and commissioning, pls contact us timely , we will arrange for technical support within 24 hours. Both your sales consultation and engineer will take part in service for you as a team.
Note : We can also provide site installtion & commisionning once request for large system.
Q7. How long should i replace the consumables ?
A7. - Quartz/Manganese sand : 2-3 years
- Activated Carbon : 2-3 years
- Ion exchange resin: 2-3 years
- Plypropylene(PP) melt blown filter cartridges : 3-6 months
- RO membranes: 1-2 years
Replacing cycle varies according to your feed water quality , water consumption per day and maintenance.
Q8. Where should i buy the consumables ?
A8. We provide at low price for our customer. Of course customer can buy locally.
