A1 : We can send a similar free stocked sample for you to check our quality first , you just need to pay the shipping fee ;

A2 : For the custom sample , our sample fee is depend on your design and fabric requirements .

3, The sample charge refundable or not  ?  

A: Yes , sample cost first , and will refound the sample fee back to you when bulk order .     
4, What is your time of making samples?
A: Usually 2 to 7 workdays , depend on your design and fabric requirements .
5, What is your MOQ ?

A: There is no MOQ for sublimation printing items , and the MOQ of others will be 50 PC per color per design . 
6, What is your mass production time?
A: Usually 10-25 days depond on the final quantity .
7, What is your payment terms ?
A:We accept T/T , Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram ,etc . 
8,Which file do you want for the design ? How to get artwork?

A: AI file is the best , or PSD file ,or TIF file , or you can send the clear picture to us , our professional design team will make the printing file for your confirmation
