   It depends on the situation. Normally we will check our inventory to confirm the availability. If it’s available in our stock, we will accept such orders or otherwise the customer shall be required  to pay extra charges for producing the sample orders.

   Yes, we can tailor-made the color of plastic cup with the Color Master Batch that is applicable in the plastic industry, and there is common code that can help us confirm the color with customers.

   For the standard bulk orders, it normally takes 2 – 3 weeks for production; for special bulk orders, it may takes 3 – 4 weeks; for standard sample orders, it normally could be shipped within 3 business days if stock is available.
