SD90-5 crawler bulldozer is a high-efficiency high-power earth-moving machine designed and developed in response to the market demands, which achieved multiple technologic breakthroughs in terms of overall matching, thermal management system, and modular design. - The whole machine adopts the modular design, featuring easy assembly and disassembly and simple service.
- The V-shaped, direct injection, turbocharged and intercooled high-efficiency diesel engine equipped features strong power and low fuel consumption.
- The hydraulic torque converter with locking function improves the transmission efficiency and adapts to various types of working conditions.
- The normally-closed brake system is adopted to apply the braking whenever the engine is stopped, featuring high safety.
- The working device adopts the pilot control mode, featuring good inching performance and labor-saving operations.
- The double tilting cylinders for the blade increase the tilting angle and effective penetrating depth of the blade.
- New hydraulically controlled fan system can adjust the fan speed depending on the working condition to reduce the energy consumption.
