Steps for Using | 1.Mix bleach powder with oxidant at the weight ratio of 1:2，Pour into a non-metallic bowl. 2.Apply the mixture on dry, unwashed hair,check every 10 minutes until the desired color is achieved ,but not longer than 50 minutes. According to the extent of bleaching wanted,repeat it again. 3.rinse off with water. |
