Brief introduction of production process
1. Cutting
We has more advanced cutting machine in this industry, with high automation and high accuracy.
Length tolerance of deck panel is between -0.2 to -0.5mm. Length tolerance of wall panel is between 0 to -0.5mm. Angle tolerance is between 0 to -0.2 degree.
2. Punching
Hole spacing tolerance is + 0.1mm. That's also with high level of accuracy and automation.
3. Welding
The welding process has strict requirements for welded joint, machine parameter, and joint plump. Meanwhile, we have a strict quality control system. Such as in welding, to set up quality track system, each welding worker has their own steel seal. After welding, they put their own steel seal on it. If there is any problem with the welded panel, the steel seal help us to find the responsible person.
4. Auto-robot welding
We are one of the most used company in robot welding in this industry to achieve automatic production. We have 18 robot welding machines just here Jiangxi production base. By the way, we have other two production base that are in Zhongshan Guangdong and Shandong province.
Auto robot welding has the superiority of small welding spot diameter, narrow weld seam and excellent welding effect.The welded panel has beautiful and even appearance. Also, the robots work efficiently. One set robot is equal to 3 experienced workers.
Project site
If clients require, GETO can provide field specilist to project site for guidance within one month without
charge, meanwhile, GETO will invite clients' site supervisor and workers to factory for learning and training.

Construction effect
After dismantle aluminium formwork, the wall surface is very smooth, it can control flatness and verticality
in less than 5mm, free of plastering interior and exterior wall, one-time pouring save second construction cost, energy as well as time.

Yes, there are nearly 70% standard panels can be common reused.

Protection foam+heat contracted plastic film. / wooden packing(non-fumigation) / Metal pallet or depend on clients special requirement.
-Q-:What's your payment terms?
T/T 30% in advance & T/T 70% upon sending the copy of Bill of Lading, L/ C 100%, or negotiate according to the order status
-Q-:Are you manufacturer or trader?
A: GETO is the manufacturer of aluminum formwork system for 9 years. Our group has 4 factories, cove raged every scaffolding systems.
-Q-:If I don't have construction crew knew well about your forwmork system, what can I do?
Well, we will send one or two field specialists to your construction site for guidance if you require.
-Q-: Do you have pre-mocking up service?
Yes, we have pre-mocking up service, it depends on customer, sometimes, our clients need the cargo urgently,
then they do not need pre-mocking up, normally, we will do pre-mocking up to our customers.
-Q-: How to proceed an order for aluminum formwork?
1- Please provide completed project drawings to us.
2- GETO design engineer will work out formwork solution base on project drawings, we have a meeting to discussing details solution.
3- Construction details confirmed, sign sales contract, receiving deposit.
4- To work out shell drawings and modulation drawings.
5- Have meeting for confirming model details.
6- Production.
7- Acceptance check.
