Severe Inspection on raw materials
our raw materials are from qualified supplies who had registerd in China Quality Certification Center. Our IQC system requires Self-Test Reports of each incoming lot and Timed Inspection Reports from a qualified 3rd part Inspection Party. In the meantime, we will strictly follow GB3953 and GB/T8815-2008 standard for both copper and PVC material during the incoming material inspection processes.
Inspection instruments are full equiped
We have multi instruments to inspect our product,include vernier caliper, electronic scale, multimeter, bridge, projector, High voltage sparks tester, insulation resistance tester, cable trimming machine, tensile testing machine, high-voltage testing platform...
Strict QC system
We have 4 testing programs to guarantee our quality during production: Self-inspection(Operators of each process will do self-inspection during theor work); Mutual-Inspection(Operator in next working process will do inpection for previous processes); Perform In-process quality audit(Inspectors from quality department will do spot inspection during production); Perform special inspection(inspectors from quality department will do special inspection for key processes)
