Q1: Can I put my brand logo?
A: Yes, OEM is welcome, we can make your logo by printing, stamping or sticking.

Q2: Does your quoted price include logo printing fee?
A: Yes, it normally does. Except you have special requirements on logo.

Q3: How about the quality?
A: We have very strict quality control system to ensure that our quality standard always meet our clients' requirements.

Q4: Can I have samples for approval before order?
A: Yes, we'll send the samples to you to check their quality first. After the confirmation of bulk order , we could make pre-production samples for final approval in accordance with your requirement.

Q5: Can I start with small order?
A: It is negotiable. Normally, we have MOQ limit on different materials eyeglasses. However, smaller order is also welcome so that you may test your market. We sincerely wish that both of our businesses would grow together.

Q6: How much is sample charge?
A: 1. The sample fee for Acetate, Metal, Carbon Fiber, Titanium and Wood sunglasses and optical glasses will be 100 USD per piece if we don't have current stock samples and need to open new molds for them. Mold fee will be calculated separately.
2. The sample fee for Acetate, Metal, Carbon Fiber, Titanium and Wood sunglasses and optical glasses will be 50 USD per piece if we have current stock samples.

Q7: Can you make artwork or open molds according to my ideas or thoughts?
A: Yes, we have design teams for mold drawing.

Q8: How long is sample time?
A: For stock samples, we could send them within 48 hours. For samples that need to open new molds, it normally takes 25 to 30 days for Acetate, Carbon Fiber and Wood eyeglasses and it would take 40 to 45 days to make samples for Metal and Titanium eyeglasses.

Q9: Can you refund the sample cost when I place an order?
A: Yes, sample fee is refundable once you place a bulk order.
