Why the battery exposion and fire ?

1 , lithium battery negative capacity is insufficient

4, lithium battery overcharge

Moreover, when the voltage reaches more than 4.5v, the electrolyte will decompose to produce a large number of gases.All of these could cause an explosion.

5. External short circuit

External short circuit may be due to the fault of the positive and negative electrode, due to the external short circuit, the battery discharge current is very large, will make the cell heating, high temperature will make the cell inside the diaphragm contraction or completely bad, resulting in internal short circuit, thus the explosion.
